Overview

Connect Worldwide is experiencing an exciting period of growth and are looking for skilled telephone fundraisers / telephone executives to join our dynamic, forward thinking team.

Hours Monday to Thursday 11am - 7pm

Friday 10am - 5pm

Friendly hours with no late evenings, split shifts or weekend calling required.

Uncapped weekly bonus.

The ideal candidate will have experience in telephone fundraising / telesales / call centers, great communication skills, a passion for charities and sales, and a strong work ethic.

The Role

Representing national charities such as The Dogs Trust and Your Hospice Lottery, you will be calling prospects in the UK, inspiring them to donate on a regular basis, providing much needed funding for charities and building support with every conversation.

This role involves following a script and using a dialler system.

The hours are 11am - 7pm Monday to Thursday and 10-5 Friday.

Essential's

- Experience in Telephone Fundraising/ Face to Face Fundraising/Telesales

- You are able to work remotely.

- You have a pc or mac and USB/Bluetooth headset

- You have fantastic communication skills

- You are target driven & hungry for success

- Good IT literacy, you will be switching between CRM’s.

- Can multitask and adapt your style to communicate with customers.

- You have the right to work in UK and have all of your ID in place.
