Calgary’s multi-family construction market continues to grow, creating exciting opportunities for experienced Site Superintendents. Our client, a well-established Calgary-based construction company with a diverse portfolio of residential, multi-family, and mixed-use projects, is seeking a Multi-Family Site Superintendent to take full ownership of on-site operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with wood-frame or concrete multi-family construction experience who excels at maintaining schedules, ensuring quality, upholding safety standards, and keeping job sites organized and running efficiently.
Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site construction activities for multi-family projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site staff to meet project goals
  • Monitor schedules, milestones, and project progress
  • Ensure quality, safety, and site organization are maintained
  • Review drawings and specifications to guide construction execution
  • Resolve on-site issues proactively and collaborate with project teams
  • Maintain accurate site documentation and support project close-out
Qualifications
  • Experience leading a project from start to completion
  • Wood-frame or concrete structure construction experience
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
  • Solid knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: $120,000 – $160,000 CAD +, depending on experience
