In this role, you will drive optimization and enhancements, ensuring top-notch SEO, analytics, and performance.</p><p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Develop, maintain, and improve WordPress and HubSpot sites, focusing on custom themes, modules, plugins, and security updates.</p></li><li><p>Design and create new reusable templates and interactive modules to facilitate scalable development while ensuring brand consistency.</p></li><li><p>Audit and enhance existing websites through content updates, implementing fixes, and optimizing tracking integrations for reliability.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute site migrations and consolidations, focusing on SEO preservation and tracking parity.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all templates and components adhere to standards for responsiveness, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), performance, and cross-browser compatibility.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with marketing, design, SEO, and stakeholders to define technical requirements, estimate efforts, and deliver site changes that align with business goals.</p></li><li><p>Implement, test, and validate analytics, pixels, tags, forms, and event tracking across multiple platforms.</p></li><li><p>Manage development and production environments, overseeing backups and deployment workflows; document site architecture and technical procedures.</p></li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>4+ years of experience in maintaining and building marketing websites/landing pages in a professional setting.</p></li><li><p>Strong foundational skills in frontend development: HTML5, CSS3/Sass, and JavaScript.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in WordPress; experience with themes, custom post types, ACF, plugin configuration, and basic PHP troubleshooting.</p></li><li><p>Experience with HubSpot CMS, including themes, templates, modules, and page production (HubL knowledge is a plus).</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience migrating sites between platforms while ensuring SEO integrity, redirects, and tracking accuracy.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of hosting, DNS, SSL, CDNs, and caching.
