Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our fast-paced distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations, including order picking, shipping and receiving, and heavy equipment operation. Your expertise will ensure smooth flow of materials, accurate inventory management, and safe handling of goods. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-functioning logistics environment while utilizing your mechanical knowledge and warehouse experience to support our operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Daily preparation, scheduling, and execution of shipments inbound/outbound both domestic and international.
  • Responsible for sorting, organizing, and keeping track of inventory.
  • Operate mechanical lift/forklift.
  • Load and unload trucks for transporting goods.
  • Warehouse organization and cleanliness

Requirements

  • Proven warehouse distribution experience with a strong understanding of order picking, shipping & receiving, and materials handling processes.
  • Good computer skills (will be working in Infor, the ERP system)
  • Valid certification in heavy equipment operation such as forklift, crane, clamp truck, or other relevant machinery preferred.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for warehouse safety is essential.
  • Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), prolonged standing, bending, and manual handling tasks. Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to operational excellence! Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
