They are growing quickly and need dependable, driven warehouse professionals who want stability, responsibility and progression.

  • Operating FLT Reach (Counterbalance where required)

  • Taking ownership of Goods In processes

  • Maintaining high Health & Safety standards

  • Hitting and exceeding daily KPIs

  • Supporting the wider warehouse team to deliver results

We're looking for someone who doesn't just 'do the job' - but sets the standard.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced warehouse (Goods In preferred)

  • Valid FLT Reach licence (Counterbalance advantageous) or open to taking a fully funded FLT course.

  • Strong work ethic and reliability

  • Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet all shift

  • Confident with IT systems (email, Excel, warehouse/CRM systems)

  • Proven track record of hitting KPIs

  • Good communication skills and team mindset

  • Driving licence preferred

You'll suit this role if you:

  • Take pride in running an organised warehouse area

  • Stay calm under pressure

  • Like structure and routine

  • Want long-term career stability

What's On Offer

  • £27,000 - £28,000 DOE

  • Ad hoc performance bonuses

  • 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays

  • Monday-Friday (8:30-5:30 or 6:30-3:30)

  • Genuine career progression opportunities

This is a full-time, long-term career opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a serious operation, not just another warehouse job.
