Position Location:
This position will be based at our Chattanooga, Tennessee location and will report to the Area Project Manager.


Position Summary:

The Warehouse Logistics Specialist is responsible for supporting local projects through material coordination, limited piping and sheet metal fabrication support, inventory management, and delivery logistics. This role ensures the efficient movement of materials from receiving thru shipment and final delivery to project.

The Warehouse Logistics Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining organized warehouse operations and coordinating deliveries while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service. This position works closely with the Projects and Facilities teams, and scheduling to ensure materials and products are prepared, transported, and delivered accurately and on time.

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented team member who demonstrates accountability, adaptability, and a strong commitment to the FourSeasons Core Values.


Roles & Responsibilities:



Logistics & Warehouse Operations

  • Coordinate the movement of materials and fabricated components within the shop.
  • Measure and verify products and materials to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and package shipments for deliveries.
  • Maintain shipping documentation and record product and order information.
  • Assist with inventory organization, storage, and warehouse layout to maintain efficient material flow.
  • Maintain accountability for assigned tools, equipment, and warehouse environments.
  • Fabrication Support
  • Operate shop equipment including forklifts, fabrication machines, and other related tools and equipment.
  • Assist with the cutting, shaping, and welding of metal materials when needed.
  • Collaborate with fabrication and shop teams to support production timelines.
  • Delivery & Transportation Coordination
  • Safely operate company trucks and trailers to transport materials and fabricated products to project locations.
  • Ensure materials are properly secured and protected during loading, unloading and during transportation.
  • Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules with the project teams.
  • Load and unload trucks and trailers with ductwork, materials, and equipment.
  • Maintain professional and courteous interactions with customers, vendors, and the public.
  • Report delivery delays, damages, or operational issues promptly.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively to coordinate daily priorities and logistics.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sheet metal or piping fabrication experience.
  • Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.


Compensation & Benefits:


Pay Rate: Based on experience and expertise.
