How you’ll have an impact at Paula’s Choice:

The Warehouse Associate for the Outbound Direct to Consumer (D2C) team works in a team environment to ensure efficient daily operations and the accurate delivery of Paula’s Choice products to the consumer. 

As a Warehouse Associate for Outbound DTC, a typical day might include a mix of the following:

  • Pick product(s) to correctly fill D2C customer orders  
  • Prepare, pack and ship D2C orders product according to SOP instructions  
  • Process orders accurately and in a timely manner, per established performance standards for this level 
  • Conduct quality control checks  
  • Maintain a clean work area 
  • Other duties as assigned 
  • Releasing orders to pickers per standard operating procedures when Leads are not available

The Details:

  • Location: Onsite, Kent Warehouse in Kent, WA
  • Hours: Standard PST Business Hours with flexibility to work extended hours or additional days as business needs require 
  • Physical requirements: 
    • Must be able to stand, walk, pull, reach, bend and squat during a 10-hour shift 
    • Ability to lift up to 20-30 lbs.
    • Manual dexterity and coordination
    • Good vision (with or without correction)
    • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 1-2 years relevant warehouse experience plus HS Diploma/GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Candidates must exceed the minimum pick and pack performance standards for 6 months to be eligible for Senior WH Associate role 
  • 1 year of RF scanning experience required 
  • Experience working with a fully barcoded warehouse; WMS experience preferred   
  • Basic computer skills 
  • Ability to multi-task and work with limited direction 
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements with Management 
  • Comfortable with training all new employees and temps when required
  • Ability to work overtime when necessary
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time 
  • Ability and flexibility to work any shift during a 7day/week operation. Must be able to work weekends and 10-hour shifts 

Approximate Salary Range Based on Experience and Location:

$24.00 - $25.50 USD/hour

Paula’s Choice Skincare determines the pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. We evaluate external and internal equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living.

For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan.
