We're hiring a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support our St. Louis operations. In this role, you'll help keep products moving efficiently, maintain organized inventory, and ensure shipments are handled safely and accurately.

What You'll Do

  • Safely operate forklifts to move materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse

  • Load and unload trucks with accuracy and care

  • Pick, stage, and prepare outgoing shipments

  • Move inventory to designated storage locations

  • Assist with general warehouse duties to support daily operations

  • Complete daily forklift inspections and basic equipment checks

  • Help maintain accurate inventory through proper material tracking

  • Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures at all times

  • Work closely with warehouse and production teams to meet daily goals

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Previous forklift operating experience

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
