We are searching for some personal training rockstars for our growing platform, Echelon Coach! Are you dedicated to the fit life? Do you love helping people reach their health goals? Do you want to do this from the comfort of your own home? Then this might be the job for you!


This is a part-time to full-time (as long as you can put in 20 hours a week, it's totally up to you!) contracted position.


Overview:

A Virtual Personal Trainer provides remote fitness coaching, workout plans, and motivation to clients through our digital platform. The role involves assessing clients’ fitness levels, setting personalized goals, and guiding them through tailored exercise routines.


Job Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual fitness & wellness assessments and consultations to understand clients’ needs and goals.

Design customized workout plans tailored to clients’ fitness levels and objectives.

Provide real-time coaching and feedback via our platform and chat feature.

Demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Track client progress and adjust workout plans as needed.

Offer nutritional guidance and lifestyle recommendations (if qualified).

Motivate and support clients to maintain consistency and achieve results.

Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and training techniques.

Maintain clear communication and build strong client relationships


Qualifications:

National Accredited PT Certification (GREATLY preferred but not required: NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA)

Must maintain your own general and professional liability insurance

1-5 years' experience


Early morning and evening availability preferred; flexible work schedule but must be able to provide at least 20 hours per week

Hiring Process:


3 step interview process: introductory call, 2 sample workout sessions with members of the Echelon Coach team.


Compensation:

$24-31 USD/ hour
