I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong Etsy experience to support my growing personalized party & event shop. This is an ongoing role for someone who understands Etsy SEO, listings, backend workflows, and basic social media marketing — and enjoys helping a creative business stay organized, visible, and optimized.

This position is ideal for someone who has worked with Etsy sellers before and understands both shop management and light marketing support.

Responsibilities:

-Updating and optimizing existing Etsy listings (titles, tags, descriptions, photos, variations, etc.)

-Assisting with creating and publishing new listings

-Implementing SEO best practices for Etsy

-Refreshing older listings for better performance

-Organizing product information and files

-Supporting day-to-day admin and shop-related tasks

-Assisting with basic social media marketing: Scheduling and posting on Instagram and Pinterest, Repurposing product photos/videos for content, Helping grow visibility and traffic to the shop, Following brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across platforms

Requirements:

-Proven experience working with Etsy shops (please include examples if possible)

-Understanding of Etsy SEO and listing optimization

-Experience with Instagram and/or Pinterest for small businesses

-Excellent attention to detail (very important)

-Organized, proactive, and reliable

-Comfortable working independently

-Strong written English and communication skills

Experience with Printify, Canva, Kittl, Everbee, ProfitTree or similar tools is a plus

Ideal Candidate:

-Has helped Etsy shops grow or scale

-Understands personalized/custom product workflows

-Enjoys improving systems and workflows

-Has a creative eye for simple, clean content

-Takes pride in high-quality work

-Is responsive and dependable

-Interested in a long-term working relationship

Hours:
