Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day Lead Verification: Review each contact form submission from potential buyers or sellers to confirm completeness, accuracy, and relevance. Automated Alerts: After verification, trigger automated email notifications to the appropriate real‑estate agents using our internal CRM system. Welcome Messaging: Send personalized welcome text messages to customers via Google Voice, introducing them to the Nexpatha process and setting expectations. Agent Notification: Copy and paste pre‑approved script messages into Google Voice to inform agents of new leads, ensuring rapid follow‑up. Responsive Communication: Reply to follow‑up inquiries from agents or customers via text or email when additional clarification is needed. Documentation & Tracking: Log all interactions in the Worknovaq system, maintaining a clear audit trail for quality control and performance analytics. Ad‑hoc Tasks: Assist with other minor but essential tasks such as updating FAQ content, organizing lead spreadsheets, and supporting seasonal marketing pushes.
