If you do too, see below for an opportunity to join our team. THE JOB The Vice President, Paid Social is a critical, centralized role within the OMG23 leadership team. As the Vice President, Paid Social, you will be connected to all paid social media strategy and operations functions across the organization pioneering the creation of new products, processes, and systems to drive the social business forward. This role will dually service the employees embedded in the client practice teams, demonstrating direct accountability for building, driving, and maintaining our best practices. Responsibilities Include • Lead Center of Excellence for the Paid Social practice; establishing our position in the marketplace around industry trends, partner updates, and best-in-class capabilities • Curate leading social media approaches for clients and agency leadership to drive the business forward through a big picture lens in the digital space • Demonstrate unparalleled knowledge of the paid social landscape; being at the forefront of shifts in the industry and fostering subject matter experts within the community • Drive forward-thinking best practices and playbooks around key operational tenets such as social innovation, content excellence, reporting and analytics • Develop strategic points of view on new social media products and industry trends to incorporate into media-driven solutions and business-building ideas • Spearhead the adoption of new platforms to enhance capabilities and to drive business forward • Establish and grow relationships with senior marketing clients as well as key agency contacts and internal agency partners • Identify, craft, and implement best practices and playbooks around key operational tenets such as social innovation, content excellence, reporting and analytics • Partner with the OMG23 Paid Social leads, fostering an environment of collaboration and partnership • Apply knowledge of the marketplace and leverage partner relationships in the development of service offerings and digital capabilities • Proactively drive thought leadership on topics of social innovation; acting as the go-to resource for the most advanced media and business challenges our clients and teams face • Identify, monitor, and recommend the adoption of new platforms • Evaluate trends around social analytics and apply them to business approach YOU We encourage you to apply if the below describes your experience and talents: • Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in social marketing on the brand, media, or agency sides • Entertainment experience required; theatrical, Television/ streaming experience preferred • Experience leading clients in a holding company/media agency environment • Be a proactive self-starter with experience leading large accounts within an agency in an integrated fashion (collaboration, data sharing, co-leading efforts focused on client satisfaction, growth, performance vs KPI’s) • In-depth understanding of the technical aspects of paid social including all major biddable platforms including Meta, YouTube and TikTok. • Strong interest in the social technology marketplace including awareness of key publishers, products, and trends • Strong communicator and presenter, able to own the room and articulate persuasive and cohesive points of view • Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage an audience and deliver a seamless and effective narrative • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities • Demonstrated ability to articulate and communicate clearly when participating in internal and client-facing meetings • Data-driven decision-making; a proven track record of turning business problems into business solutions using data, automation, and statistics • Collaboration-minded in approach and execution • Clear and articulate communicator with the ability to collaborate with leaders and clients • Excellent relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
