<p>Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health Hospice for a travel nursing job in York, Pennsylvania.</p>Job Description & Requirements<ul><li>Specialty: <strong>Hospice</strong></li><li>Discipline: <strong>RN</strong></li><li>Start Date: <strong>ASAP</strong></li><li>Duration: <strong>13 weeks</strong></li><li><strong>40 hours per week</strong></li><li>Shift: <strong>8 hours, days</strong></li><li>Employment Type: <strong>Travel</strong></li></ul><p><p>Job Description:</p><p></p><p>Supplemental Health Care is hiring compassionate and experienced Hospice RNs to provide patient-centered care for individuals and families in York, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas.</p><p></p><p><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of assignment</li><li>Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)</li><li>CHPN certification preferred, not required</li><li>1+ year of recent experience (within last 3 years) in hospice, home health, palliative care, or acute care</li><li>Strong knowledge of symptom management, pain control, and hospice documentation (CMS CoPs, Medicare Hospice Benefit)</li><li>Clear background and driving record; current TB test and immunizations</li><li>Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance</li><li>Flexibility for travel, occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Hospice RN Contract Details:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>$1,866 - $2,044 per week*</li><li>Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage</li><li>4- 6 patient visits per day (45 - 90 minutes each, depending on need)</li><li>Travel time included in scheduling</li><li>All nurses on contract with SHC are paid weekly</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized hospice care plans</li><li>Deliver skilled nursing care, symptom management, and emotional support</li><li>Educate patients and families on hospice philosophy and comfort care practices</li><li>Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to review and adjust care plans</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospice standards</li></ul><p></p><p>Whether you want to travel or stay local, we help Hospice RNs find the perfect fit with leading healthcare organizations nationwide.
