This role works closely with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents to ensure accurate documentation and a smooth closing process.</p><p>This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a <strong>fast-paced environment, client interaction, and being part of a company that is modernizing the title industry through technology and process improvements.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and review closing packages for real estate transactions</li><li>Conduct in-person or remote real estate closings</li><li>Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers to schedule closings</li><li>Review settlement statements and closing disclosures for accuracy</li><li>Ensure all closing documents are properly executed and notarized</li><li>Communicate with clients to explain documents and answer questions</li><li>Work with the title production team to ensure title requirements are cleared prior to closing</li><li>Maintain compliance with Missouri real estate closing regulations</li><li>Utilize modern title software and AI-assisted tools to improve workflow efficiency</li><li>Deliver a professional and positive closing experience for all parties involved</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in <strong>title, escrow, mortgage, or real estate closings</strong> preferred</li><li>Knowledge of settlement statements, title commitments, and closing documentation</li><li><strong>Experience with Qualia preferred</strong></li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines</li><li>Comfortable using technology and learning new systems</li><li>Notary Public (or willingness to obtain)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working at a <strong>title company, real estate office, or mortgage company</strong></li><li>Knowledge of <strong>Missouri title and escrow procedures</strong></li><li>Experience managing multiple closing files simultaneously</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
