Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed information about products and services.
  • Perform data entry accurately into various systems, maintaining up-to-date client records and transaction logs.
  • Support client services by processing requests, scheduling appointments, and coordinating follow-up actions.
  • Manage cash handling procedures when necessary, ensuring accuracy in transactions and record keeping.
  • Utilize software and cloud based communication to generate reports, update documentation, and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvements.

Requirements

  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities is mandatory to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
  • Positive outlook on life and honest
  • Proven experience in customer support or call center environments is advantageous.
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed.
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with WiFi, how to connect devices to WiFi, apps and general computer skills is necessary.
  • Experience with outbound calling, sales techniques, or client engagement is desirable.
