  • Base salary £26,250 (Full Time Equivalent) with OTE earnings up to £50,000 (Full Time Equivalent) per year. Part Time Base Salary is £21,000 per annum + bonus

We’re looking for confident, ambitious Telesales Agents with proven experience in outbound calling and high-level lead conversion.

This role is ideal for somebody with a solid background in phone-based sales who thrives in a target driven environment.

The Role

  • Making proactive outbound calls to hot and warm leads
  • Converting enquiries into successful sales with confidence and professionalism
  • Working to clear targets and KPIs
  • Delivering exceptional call quality while maintaining strong conversion rates

Role Requirements (mandatory)

  • Strong outbound telesales experience
  • Natural ability to build rapport quickly
  • Target-driven mindset with a hunger to succeed
  • Resilient, energetic, and highly motivated to earn
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or telesales

Job Types: Part Time & Permanent - working 4 days per week. Monday to Friday on a rota basis (2 days) and every Saturday & Sunday covering 8am to 6pm (2 shifts per day) - 8 hours each day. Total 32 hours per week
