Job Title: Technology Sourcer – Investment Management Technology
Location: Remote (U.S. Based – Central Time Zone Preferred)
Position Type: W-2 Contract
Duration: Initial 6 Months (Part-Time)
Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week (about 80 hours per month), with flexibility week to week

Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for a Technology Sourcer to support a dynamic Talent Acquisition team focused on technology and data roles within an investment management environment.

This role will proactively identify and engage high-quality technical talent to support enterprise investment systems, data platforms, and strategic technology initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, experience within financial services technology environments, and a proven ability to identify and attract passive candidates in competitive talent markets.

What You Bring
7+ years of experience sourcing technology talent
3+ years of experience supporting financial services, asset management, or FinTech environments
Demonstrated success sourcing highly technical and niche talent
Familiarity with modern technology ecosystems, including:
Cloud platforms
Data engineering technologies
Analytics and data platforms
Strong research, sourcing, and candidate engagement skills
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate records
Ability to operate independently in a remote environment while collaborating with hiring teams

What You Will Do
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technology and data roles, including expertise in:
Investment & Trading Systems
Data Engineering & Data Architecture
Data Science & Analytics
Cloud & DevOps
Enterprise Applications
Conduct intake meetings with hiring teams to understand technical requirements and business needs
Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, technical communities, professional networks, and targeted research
Perform initial candidate qualification to assess technical skills, industry experience, and role alignment
Track sourcing activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS
Partner with talent acquisition stakeholders to ensure strong candidate pipelines for critical technology roles

Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $32 - $45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity. The salary range provided is in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.

This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
