Tax Reporting Manager<br><br><strong> London EC2R 7HJ <strong>or Staines TW18 3DZ<br><br><strong> Flexible / Hybrid working options<br><br><strong> 6 month contract<br><br><strong> Role overview:<br><br>To support the Senior Tax Compliance Manager in all aspects of tax reporting and compliance. In addition, the jobholder will also be required to assist the broader Group Tax function with other areas of tax as required, including tax risk and governance, international and UK tax advice, and ad hoc project work. It’s a great development opportunity with progression, being part of a wider team and lots of opportunities.<br><br><strong> How you’ll help us make health happen:<br><br><ul><li> Assist with the end-to-end production of the interim and annual Group consolidated tax charge as well as associated disclosures in the Group Annual Report & Accounts. </li><li> Manage and review the Group’s consolidated quarterly tax charge. </li><li> Support with the preparation of the quarterly tax charge for Group Holding entities and assist with the preparation of tax disclosures for their Statutory Accounts. </li><li> Assist with the Group’s regulatory reporting on a quarterly basis. </li><li> Prepare and review the Group’s consolidated tax charge for the annual three-year Plan and quarterly rolling forecasts. </li><li> Drive efficiencies in reporting and compliance processes by bringing innovative ideas to transform existing processes with a view to continuous improvement. </li><li> Assist with the calculation of the UK Group’s quarterly payments on account. </li><li> Assist with the review and maintenance of the UK tax group’s tax payment position, ensuring that payments are allocated across the UK companies to optimise the Group’s interest position. <br><br></li></ul><strong> What you’ll bring:<br><br><ul><li> ACCA or ACA Qualified</li><li> CTA desirable but not essential</li><li> Analytical & communication skills</li><li> Tax compliance</li><li> Tax accounting & reporting<br><br></li></ul></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong>
