We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition & Account Manager in Worldwide.

This is a hybrid role that combines recruitment expertise with client relationship management. As a Talent Acquisition & Account Manager, you will source and attract top talent to grow the candidate database, while collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Youll evaluate candidates thoroughly, ensuring cultural fit and skills alignment, and enhance the recruitment process through feedback and insights. Additionally, youll be the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing satisfaction, resolving issues, and identifying new opportunities. Your role will require autonomy, exceptional communication skills, and fluency in English, with availability during European business hours.

Accountabilities:

  • Source and attract top talent to grow our candidate database
  • Evaluate (large volumes of) candidates through skills assessments, experience reviews, and cultural fit analysis
  • Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to deeply understand their hiring needs
  • Improve our AI-powered screening process through structured feedback and insights
  • Own the client relationship — ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing consistent follow-up, proactive support, and performance updates


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably across multiple domains (Tech, Product, Sales, Marketing, Data, etc.)
  • Proven client-facing experience in account management or customer success, with a strong ability to build trust and provide value
  • Strong ability to evaluate candidates holistically, considering both skills and cultural fit
  • Fluent in English (additional languages such as French or Spanish are a plus)
  • Highly autonomous, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Available to work during standard European business hours (CET ±1h)
