Reporting To: Studio Manager
Hours: Weekends (16 hours)
Locations: Across all 6 London studio locations
Availability: Must be available to work across weekdays and weekends

Job Summary
We are looking for a versatile and highly adaptable Studio Support Trainer to take on a newly created role that blends hands-on facial training with operational studio support. This role is designed to ensure seamless studio operations, supporting multiple locations by stepping in as a Studio Lead when managers are absent and stepping in to deliver exceptional facial workouts when required.

As a key part of our evolving studio structure, this role will provide on-demand coverage across our six London locations (Coal Drops Yard, Notting Hill, St Johns Wood, Kings Road, and Selfridges) based on trainer callouts, holidays, and business needs-sometimes at short notice.

Key Responsibilities Studio Support Trainer

Studio Lead Responsibilities (when covering for the Manager)

  • Ensure the smooth execution of studio operations, including but not limited to front-of-house (FoH) duties, such as self-check-in and self-check-out, calling clients, managing walk-ins, and selling gift cards.

  • Maintain studio cleanliness and readiness, overseeing laundry, towels, and hygiene standards.

  • Handle bookings, cancellations, and client intake, ensuring a frictionless experience.

  • Own the self-check in and self-check out customer experience execution, maintaining high service standards.

  • Support trainers in driving sales and rebooking efforts, maximising revenue opportunities.

  • Address customer concerns professionally, resolving issues both in-person and over the phone.

  • Manage opening and closing duties as a key holder, ensuring studio readiness.

  • Monitor stock level checks as needed and end-of-day studio reporting.

Trainer Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert facial workouts aligned with FACEGYM protocols to drive customer satisfaction.

  • Build strong client relationships to increase retention and rebooking rates.

  • Educate customers on skincare, products, and treatments, leveraging upsell opportunities.

  • Uphold hygiene, health & safety standards, ensuring a pristine studio environment.

  • Stay updated on the latest FACEGYM techniques and product innovations.

  • Operate efficiently within the Zenoti booking system to manage appointments, client records and the self-check-out process.

  • Represent the brand professionally at all times, maintaining a well-groomed appearance.

  • Handle bookings, cancellations, and client intake forms, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Person Specification:

  • NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.

  • Must be flexible and available to work on weekends.

  • Previous experience in beauty therapy, spa, or retail.

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver a luxury experience.

  • Confident communicator with experience in an online booking system (Zenoti experience is a plus).

  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and support colleagues.

  • Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings.

  • Comfortable working across all six London locations as required at short not

  • Excel in a Customer self-serviced studio setting, taking full ownership of the client journey from first greeting and consultation through treatment, aftercare, and successful checkout.
