About the position The Senior Brand Manager (eCommerce) will be responsible for executing brand strategies to enhance market presence and drive growth for a pharmaceutical client. This freelance position involves overseeing brand management initiatives, eCommerce strategies, and content syndication, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The role is primarily remote but offers a hybrid option for local candidates, and it is a 6-month contract starting in January 2025. Responsibilities • Lead digital content strategy across 12 brands focusing on eCommerce digital shelf content. • Develop and execute digital content based on commercial success criteria and metrics, owning the annual content calendar for each brand. • Improve digital shelf content for over 5000 product pages and 12 brand stores on platforms like arenaflex and arenaflex. • Manage content budget, including spend allocation, approvals, and reconciliation. • Lead digital content creation with agency partners and brand marketing teams. • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform brand strategy and decision-making. • Educate and advise retailers on optimizing their eCommerce platforms for product discovery and conversion. • Track and report on key performance indicators related to brand performance and adjust strategies accordingly. • Oversee maintenance of FAQs in collaboration with the Consumer Care team. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in brand management or a similar role. • Strong understanding of SEO, eCommerce platforms (arenaflex, arenaflex, Instacart), and digital marketing strategies. • Proven experience with eCommerce content, images, and video. • Excellent knowledge of SEO and discoverability. • Experience working directly with customer teams to optimize eCommerce platforms. • Experience managing agency partners.
