The Senior Brand Manager will lead all aspects of Homogenized Tobacco Leaf (HTL) Brand Management, including pricing, promotion, packaging, advertising, product innovation, and portfolio strategy. Drive growth through careful planning, working across departments, and consumer insights. Your ‘day to day’: Develop and complete 1–3 years of brand strategies to achieve volume, market share, and profitability goals. Identify and prioritize new opportunities using financial modeling and market/category insights. Monitor driven activity and regulatory trends; implement response strategies. Partner with Sales, Manufacturing, and agencies to ensure alignment and effective execution. Lead innovation from ideation to launch, including POS and advertising support. Lead digital strategy (website, CRM, loyalty programs). Collaborate and summarize consumer research to inform decisions Communicate brand priorities to internal teams and at regional/national meetings. Mentor and develop direct reports. Requirements • 5+ years of brand management experience in consumer-packaged goods. • Strong strategic, analytical, and P&L leadership skills. • Proven leadership and cross-functional partnership abilities. • Proficiency in arenaflex Office and syndicated/internal data tools. • Bachelor’s degree required • Authorized to work in the U.S. • 25% travel (domestic and international) required.
