Job Overview Hirezen is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spring Intern to join our team. As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while supporting our accounting team with their data entry and filing needs. This position will give you an insight into the sports and entertainment industry and provide valuable skills for your career development. The spring internship runs until April 1st, 2025, and is available for college credit only. Key Responsibilities Assist the tax team in organizing and entering tax form data into our database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data entry. File and maintain hard copies and electronic copies of tax forms, adhering to confidentiality and security protocols for sensitive tax information. Communicate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely completion of data entry, addressing and resolving any data discrepancies or issues that arise. Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive tax information, upholding the highest standards of data integrity and compliance. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, with a keen eye for discrepancies and errors. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data entry software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality, with a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions. Eligibility to receive college credit for the internship, with a strong academic record and a demonstrated interest in the sports and entertainment industry.
