We’re looking for a Specialist, Growth Strategy to join the Growth Product team within the Core Product organization at Snap Inc.!

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex data and analyses around growth, engagement, and product experiments into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders across Growth, Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze dashboards focused on key growth and engagement metrics including daily active users, time spent, new users, retention, reactivation, and feature-level engagement patterns.
  • Support the evolution of scalable reporting and communication systems to drive visibility into growth strategy and progress against key initiatives.
  • Contribute to global and regional growth narratives by gathering cross-functional input and helping draft written updates and presentations.
  • Assist in identifying important growth decision points by preparing analyses and materials to support stakeholder and leadership alignment.
  • Analyze performance across key metrics and experimental outcomes to derive actionable growth insights, surface anomalies in need of further investigation, and highlight high-impact opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 2+ years of experience in growth, strategy, analytics, product management, or other related role (e.g., finance, consulting) with a focus in technology, social media, or mobile communication
  • Experience building analyses and models with Google Sheets or Excel and presentations with Google Slides or PowerPoint (or relevant technology)
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, BigQuery, or SQL

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience at a high-growth tech company, ideally within consumer or mobile app environments
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to distill analysis into a clear and persuasive narrative
  • Familiarity with growth experimentation frameworks and growth and engagement metrics
  • Ability to design and implement scalable reporting ecosystems
  • Strong passion for Snap’s mission, product, and culture
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or other technical field
