Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Social Media Storyteller, remote based in NYC to join our remote team. The Social Media Storyteller will be deeply involved in business strategy, marketing, investor relations, customer engagement, PR, and executive operations, while also representing the CEO and the company at events and conferences worldwide.  The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the CEO’s right hand, supporting both strategic initiatives and daily operations
  • Lead business development efforts, including identifying and building strategic partnerships
  • Research new opportunities, assist in due diligence, and support partner negotiations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage ongoing partnerships
  • Track and analyze performance metrics related to partnerships and sales
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, communications, and day-to-day logistics
  • Draft professional correspondence and take detailed notes during meetings
  • Provide administrative and personal support, including errands and task management
  • Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and speaking engagements
  • Prepare and maintain project documents like timelines, presentations, and reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events and initiatives
  • Improve and streamline processes related to partner and event coordination
  • Handle follow-ups and logistics for meetings, events, and partner engagements
  • Create and share materials such as event briefings, schedules, and wrap-up reports
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment 
  • Passion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technology

Requirements
  • 5+ years in business development, executive support, or similar roles
  • Experience managing multiple projects and working with senior executives
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving approach
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Tech-savvy and social media aware, with attention to brand voice
  • Must be able to travel approximately 50% of the time 
  • Based in NYC (preferred)
  • Background in startups, tech, or mission-driven companies

Salary range $55,000 to  $67,000  DOE however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A range of benefits may include equity, healthcare benefits, paid time off may be provided as part of the compensation package.
