<p>We\'re looking for a passionate and creative <b>Social Media Manager</b> to join a fast-growing <b>beauty wellness bra</b><b>nd</b> that\'s transforming the way people smile. This is a company built on innovation, authenticity, and aesthetics-bridging the gap between beauty, wellness, and self-care. You\'ll take full ownership of the brand\'s organic content across TikTok and Instagram, shaping its storytelling, community voice, and cultural relevance. Working closely with the founder and wider creative team, you\'ll play a key role in scaling a bold, design-led DTC brand that\'s redefining what modern oral care looks and feels like.<br><b>Key Responsibilities<br></b>* Proven experience driving growth across TikTok and Instagram<br>* Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities<br>* Confident on-camera and skilled in directing short-form content<br>* Deep understanding of social trends and platform algorithms<br>* Hands-on, execution-focused approach with strategic insight<br></p><p><b>Skills & Experience<br></b>* 2+ years\' experience in social media or content roles within DTC, wellness, or agency settings<br>* Proven success growing TikTok and Instagram accounts with strong engagement results<br>* Skilled in social storytelling-confident both behind and in front of the camera<br>* In-depth understanding of short-form trends, platform algorithms, and visual strategy<br>* Highly creative, hands-on, and execution-focused<br>* Bonus: Background in wellness/ beauty,with an established creator network</p><p><b>Project Scope & Duration:</b> Rolling contract, starting ASAP</p><p><b>Day Rate:</b> £300-£350 per day </p><p><b>Location & Workplace Policy:</b> Remote role with occasional travel to London for events, shoots, or team meetups</p><p><b>IR35 Status:</b> Outside IR35<br>Our freelance roles move quickly, so if you\'re interested in being considered for this opportunity, please submit your credentials and availability as soon as possible.<br>Major Players are the UK\'s leading marketing and creative talent agency, and over the last three decades we\'ve consistently championed our people and communities.
