About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who will fully own and evolve Super.com’s organic and paid social presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms. This leader will set the strategic direction of our social ecosystem, define our channel identities, and drive measurable impact across awareness, engagement, and acquisition.

In this role, you will be responsible for both high-level strategy and hands-on execution by overseeing agency partners, creators, and production companies across all verticals (travel, fintech, pharma, and more). You are an expert storyteller who knows how to translate brand values into culturally relevant, thumb-stopping content.

This role sits within Growth Marketing and partners closely with Brand, Influencer, Product, and Legal. You will be the connective tissue that ensures Super.com shows up consistently and powerfully across every channel.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Own Super.com’s end-to-end organic and paid social ecosystem, including platform strategy, channel health, and overall performance.

  • Define and execute a unified social strategy that supports brand building, community growth, and company-wide business objectives.

  • Lead the creative direction and execution of social campaigns across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.

  • Monitor and apply emerging trends, cultural moments, and new formats to evolve content and platform strategy.

  • Plan and optimize paid social creative across business verticals to drive measurable reach, engagement, and conversion.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Influencer, Brand Design, Growth, Agencies, and Campaign Managers to ensure creative aligns with strategic goals.

  • Establish and manage scalable operational workflows for approvals, scheduling, asset management, and reporting.

  • Analyze paid and organic performance to inform creative optimization, testing roadmaps, and budget allocation.

  • Lead creator and UGC initiatives, including paid and organic integrations.

  • Manage community engagement to foster trust, loyalty, and long-term brand affinity.

What we’re looking for:

  • 6-8+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, or digital marketing, preferably within high-growth consumer tech, travel, fintech, or lifestyle brands.

  • Experience leading agencies, production companies, and creator networks.

  • Experience with performance campaigns, paid social creative testing, or growth marketing.

  • Deep expertise in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.

  • Proven track record of owning and scaling multi-platform social ecosystems for a top consumer brand or large-scale publisher.

  • Exceptional short-form storytelling instincts, you understand what performs, why it performs, and how to replicate success.

  • Ability to translate business goals into channel strategy and social-first creative ideas.

  • Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to bring a brand voice to life.

  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data to optimize content and inform strategy.

  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and project management skills across multiple work streams.

  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Bonus points for:

  • Strong video production and editing experience (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, After Effects).

  • Familiarity with Sprout Social or similar management tools.

  • Willingness to travel for shoots and on-site content production when needed.
