<p>General Electric is looking for a highly-motivated, detail-oriented Site Quality Specialist to join our team. As a Site Quality Specialist, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic organization that strives to maintain the highest standards in quality management. We are looking for someone who is passionate about ensuring operational excellence and is committed to collaboration and problem solving.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in quality assurance and auditing is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and an ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure operational excellence. Prepare and present quality assurance reports to stakeholders. Monitor, audit, and evaluate quality-related activities and performance of team members to ensure compliance with quality standards. Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any identified deficiencies. Design and execute quality control plans and procedures. Implement quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Train and mentor team members to ensure quality standards and practices are followed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality goals are met. Participate in internal and external audits. Identify and troubleshoot quality-related issues.
