About the role

We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Social Media & Content Marketing Intern to support our marketing team in building brand awareness, strengthening audience engagement, and driving content performance across digital channels.


The successful candidate will work closely with the Social Media & Marketing teams to plan, create, and publish engaging content while supporting campaign execution and performance tracking. This role also involves assisting with content ideation, shooting and editing videos, social media management, and marketing analytics to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging.


The internship period can vary between 3–6 months (Full Time) and based in Singapore


A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Support the planning and execution of social media strategies across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Assist in creating engaging content including copywriting, visuals, short-form videos, and campaign materials aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Support content calendar planning, scheduling, and publishing of posts across channels.
  • Monitor social media engagement, respond to basic community interactions, and escalate queries where needed.
  • Assist in campaign execution including product launches, employer branding, and awareness initiatives.
  • Support preparation of marketing presentations, reports, and campaign performance summaries.
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with influencer outreach, partnerships, and content collaborations where applicable.
  • Support content management for website, blog, and other digital platforms.
  • Help streamline content workflows and maintain marketing assets and documentation.

About you

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related disciplines.
  • Able to commit to a 3–6 months full-time internship.
  • Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to tone and brand voice.
  • Creative mindset with basic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools) preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
  • Analytical mindset with interest in reviewing performance metrics and improving content effectiveness.
  • Adaptable and open to experimenting with new ideas, formats, and digital trends.
  • A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
