<p><span>The Red Hat Services team is looking for a Services Account Specialist 2 to join our East Services Team.</span><b><span> </span></b>The Services Account Specialist 2 exercises judgment when following general instructions and works with limited supervision to position standard consulting, training and TAM offerings to customers. The role is responsible for coordinating across teams, updating sales pipelines, contributing to sales planning discussions, and working with project delivery teams to support project success. This position resolves routine and semi-routine issues of limited complexity in support of sales execution. <span>The main objectives for this role are achieving bookings and revenue goals. A tailored enablement path will be provided for the successful candidate.  The successful candidate will be classified as a remote associate and will be expected to travel to meet with customers frequently.</span></p><p></p><p><b>What you will do:</b></p><ul><li><p>Grow your territory and diversify your business</p></li><li><p>Accurately and consistently provide bookings and revenue forecasts for your territory</p></li><li><p>Manage bookings and revenue goals across all practices; meet margin and use targets</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with teams to design and implement complex, effective and high-impact solutions for Red Hats customers</p></li><li><p>Value sell solutions focused on delivering customer value</p></li><li><p>Ensure successful delivery of programs</p></li><li><p>Grow territory revenue base on a quarterly basis</p></li><li><p>Manage escalations without supervision</p></li><li><p>Negotiating Red Hat master services agreements and statements of work (SoWs) with customers and the Red Hat Legal team</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you will bring:</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience with internal or external sales</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of technical or business consulting practices</p></li><li><p>Experience in project delivery </p></li><li><p>Solid people management skills</p></li><li><p>Experience adhering to agile methodologies within project teams</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of application development and cloud solutions creation and delivery</p></li><li><p>Experience and ability to speak at public conferences and meetups</p></li><li><p>Ability to architect complex solutions using multiple products and technologies to deliver requested business value</p></li></ul><ul></ul><p></p><p></p>The salary range for this position is $116,170.00 - $179,980.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.<p></p><p><b>Pay Transparency</b></p><p>Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity.
