💼 What You’ll Do:

* Leading shifts and setting a positive example for the care team
* Supporting, mentoring, and guiding junior staff
* Assisting with care planning, documentation, and risk assessments
* Ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding are consistently met
* Working closely with nurses and management to ensure seamless care deliveryBeing a point of contact for residents, families, and professionals

* NVQ/QCF/RQF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
* Solid understanding of mental health care and recovery approaches
* Reliable, approachable, and team-focused
* Proven initiative and confidence in decision‑making
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Demonstrated commitment to our values and high standards of care
