ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Software Developer / Wed Developer II shall be responsible for developing both front and back-end systems, shall have an in-depth knowledge of the software development process, and shall be expected to contribute during software architecture sessions. Our ideal candidate should have experience working in a team environment, but shall also be a self-starter able to work in minimal direction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and solving problems and a genuine interest in providing value to their team and the company as a whole. Excellent knowledge of React, C#, and JavaScript is required. Previous programming experience in e-commerce is a plus.

This role requires working US hours, with a schedule of 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Software Development at 70%.
  • Software Testing a 20%.
  • Software Design a 10%.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Advanced active listening, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in Backend Software Development.
  • Object Oriented Programming.
  • Advanced experience developing in C#.
  • Advanced experience with ASP.Net.
  • Experience with T-SQL.
  • Advanced experience with JavaScript and React.
  • AS/AA or Equivalent - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with sharp attention to detail.

WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS

  • Quiet, private, distraction-free home workspace with no conflicting responsibilities during scheduled shifts.
  • Minimum internet speed: 100 Mbps Download/60 Mbps Upload.
  • 9 hours of power backup to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.

WHERE YOU WILL WORK

Remote – Work from Home. This is a fully remote position. Employees are expected to be online and available during their assigned core business hours. Company-provided computer equipment will be issued for business use.
