The Senior Manager of Pricing Execution will lead efforts in optimizing The Coca-Cola Company’s trade spend operations while ensuring precision in sales forecasting, maintaining the integrity of trade data, and driving cohesive market spending strategies.

This role partners closely with Finance, Customer, and Broker Teams to execute rigorous analytical processes and establish routines that inform critical business and operational decisions.

What You’ll Do for Us:

  • Optimize Market Investments: Manage the implementation and track the performance of non-merchandising market expenditure to maximize return on investment.

  • Annual Planning Leadership: Guide assigned customer sales teams through the development of bottom-up annual volume and trade plans in alignment with corporate objectives.

  • Ongoing Performance Management: Lead monthly volume and trade performance reviews with customer sales teams in support of corporate routines.

  • Training & Guidance: Serve as the lead trainer for customer sales managers and brokers, reinforcing knowledge of corporate trade spending policies, market coherency guidelines, and merchandising best practices.

  • Data Analysis & Decision Support: Analyze trade program investments to evaluate effectiveness, ensuring strategic alignment and providing actionable recommendations to sales and HQ Pricing Execution.

  • System Oversight: Review and validate volume and trade program inputs in CAS and TPM systems to ensure accuracy and team consensus.

  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Partner with customer sales teams to identify and leverage in-year opportunities to bridge performance gaps and drive growth.

  • Digital Collaboration: Utilize online tools to enhance communication, enable fast decision-making, and foster collaborative workflows.

  • Cross-Functional Alliances: Build strong relationships with Broker Sales Agencies to improve process efficiency and overall performance.

  • Strategic Assumptions Alignment: Deepen expertise in the assumptions shaping annual trade investments, pricing strategies, and merchandising plans to ensure consistent execution in the market.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) volume and trade management.

  • Industry Expertise: Solid understanding of the CPG industry, including end-to-end customer management, planning, sales support, and performance management.

  • Trade Management: Proven track record in creating, tracking, and evaluating price/package/promotional strategies to drive trade efficiencies.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with key tools and platforms, including:

  • Planning and forecasting systems (e.g., Transformer/TPM, CAS, Power BI, Analyze in Excel)

  • Syndicated market data platforms (e.g., Nielsen, Matrix)

  • Internal financial, sales reporting, and execution metrics

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication and project management skills with the ability to effectively lead, influence, and collaborate across diverse teams.

  • Critical Thinking & Analytical Abilities: Demonstrated capability to extract actionable insights from data to solve problems and achieve business outcomes.
