Senior Lettings Consultant (Islington)

David Astburys estate agency was born in 2017. We currently have three offices located in Crouch End, Islington and West Hampstead. This year is going to be a busy and exciting year for David Astburys team as the business reaches new heights.

We are looking for an experienced Lettings consultant who is passionate, hard-working, and driven looking to progress in their career and who want to be part of an innovative, vibrant, friendly and community focused environment. As a Seniors Lettings Consultant you should possess great customer service skills as well as attention to detail and desire to succeed.

As a Senior Lettings Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Above all, delivering first-class customer service to our landlords and tenants
  • Registering applicants
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers between landlords and prospective tenants
  • Facilitating the transition of prospective tenants to the compliance team for referencing
  • Coordinating flat preparation prior to scheduled move ins
  • Detailed record-keeping with our CRM software

Requirements of a Senior Lettings Consultant:

  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Enjoy working in a target driven environment
  • Good knowledge of the lettings process and current industry laws and regulations
  • Willingness to participate in further professional training
