In This Role, You Will

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR queries, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional service.
  • Manage core HR processes, including job changes, onboarding, terminations, leave administration, data requests, and document management.
  • Track and maintain compliance for probations, fixed-term contracts, visas, and flexible work agreements.
  • Resolve escalated issues through system expertise and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Partner with Global Mobility on expatriate relocations and system updates.
  • Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely payments and adjustments.
  • Drive process improvements and implement changes to enhance employee experience.
  • Review and update procedures; support HR projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Human Resources operations support, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Experience in HR operations within a complex, fast-paced organization.
  • Knowledge of records management and retention.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Understanding of employment law across EMEA.
  • Financial services experience preferred.
  • Experience working with outsourced teams.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Risk and controls mindset; proactive and adaptable attitude.
