Senior Facebook Media Buyer – iGaming Location: Remote (Europe-friendly time zones) Industry: iGaming (Casino & Sportsbook) Markets: Brazil & LATAM Type: Full-time or Contract We’re a fast-growing iGaming startup built around performance, speed, and accountability. Small team, direct communication, and a strong focus on what actually moves revenue. We’re looking for a Facebook Media Buyer with real casino acquisition experience to run traffic, optimise funnels, and scale short-term GGR. This is an execution role. If your background is limited to managing affiliates or partnerships, this won’t be the right fit. What You’ll Own Facebook casino acquisition campaigns from launch to scale Funnel performance from first click to first deposit Telegram / WhatsApp-driven monetisation flows Payback, GGR per depositor, and efficiency metrics You’ll work closely with CRM, Product, and Marketing, but you’ll own acquisition performance. Your Day-to-Day Facebook & Paid Traffic • Launch and scale Facebook casino campaigns for Brazil & LATAM • Apply schemed / cloaked traffic approaches with platform awareness • Test creatives, hooks, and angles to improve deposit quality Funnels & Conversion • Build and refine acquisition funnels, including PWA-based flows • Reduce friction between ad click and deposit • Run structured A/B tests across landing pages, offers, and UX • Use behavioural data to guide iteration and scaling • Community-Based Monetisation • Build and grow signal / tipster-style Telegram and WhatsApp groups • Drive engagement, trust, and monetisation through structured flows • Use messaging and triggers to increase short-term GGR Performance & Growth • Track and optimise core acquisition KPIs • Share insights and recommend improvements • Test additional channels such as micro-influencers or small traffic partners when relevant Who This Role Fits You’re likely a: • Casino affiliate who has run their own paid traffic • Hands-on Facebook media buyer in iGaming • Performance marketer comfortable operating in schemed environments You’re analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable making fast decisions in a startup setting. • Proven experience running Facebook casino acquisition campaigns • Strong understanding of schemed traffic setups • Experience monetising Telegram / WhatsApp traffic • Funnel and PWA optimisation knowledge • High autonomy and execution speed • Clear communication and a low-ego mindset • Experience in additional LATAM or European markets If you enjoy building, testing, and scaling — we’d like to talk.
