What you’ll own as the Senior Team Lead, Data Platform • Drive and coordinate improvements to our data platform • Extend and optimize our data lake • Perform Design and Code Reviews • Work closely with Product Management and internal customers to maintain a healthy backlog What you’ll bring • Experience with Spark, Python, and arenaflex • 12+ years of software engineering experience and 5+ years of engineering leadership experience • Expertise in SQL • Experience with other big data frameworks • A team player and problem solver • Excellent communication skills It’s a bonus if you have • Machine Learning and AI experience • Experience with Payments and Fintech • Experience with Snowflake and Databricks About the team The Product and Technology Development teams make the payments magic happen. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $127,500.00-$192,525.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
