You've worked across formats-SEO, blogs, social, multimedia-and know how to pair compelling narratives with data-driven distribution. You're curious about how fans behave, passionate about live events, and relentless in your pursuit of performance improvement.<br><br>As a key player at the intersection of content, data, and marketing, you'll partner with cross-functional teams across SEO, product, event operations, and engineering. Your work will directly influence how millions of fans discover and engage with events-from concerts and sports to theater and comedy.<br><strong><strong>What you'll do</strong></strong><br><ul><li><strong>Shape Content Strategy:</strong> Partner closely with the Senior Manager of SEO to define, execute, and maintain SeatGeek's content strategy across the marketplace</li><li><strong>Drive Growth Through Insights:</strong> Analyze performance across editorial, SEO, and user-generated content. Build dashboards and KPIs that track engagement, traffic, conversions, and ROI-translating insights into clear actions</li><li><strong>Expand Content Channels:</strong> Develop cases for new content types and formats-blogs, social, multimedia, and beyond-with a laser focus on bottom-line impact</li><li><strong>Optimize for Discovery:</strong> Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and gap assessments to inform high-impact SEO strategy</li><li><strong>Standardize Quality:</strong> Define content usage and quality guidelines, and evangelize the value of content across partners and stakeholders</li><li><strong>Enhance Marketplace Experience:</strong> Collaborate with Event Ops to ensure harmony between content, seating maps, view-from-seat media, perks, and catalog data-especially ahead of high-impact seasonal moments</li><li><strong>Influence Product Roadmap:</strong> Partner with the product team to suggest improvements that boost the operational efficiency of internal content tools</li><li><strong>Explore AI Innovation:</strong> Be a thought leader in applying AI to content sourcing and curation workflows-bringing automation and creativity together</li><li><strong>Manage Contributors:</strong> Build and manage a roster of freelance writers and content creators to support multichannel content needs</li></ul><strong><strong>What you have</strong></strong><br><ul><li><strong>Experience & Expertise:</strong> 4-6 years in content, editorial, SEO, or digital marketing-ideally in consumer tech, media, or e-commerce</li><li><strong>SEO Fluency:</strong> Deep knowledge of organic search and on-page SEO; hands-on experience with tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, or similar</li><li><strong>Fan-First Mindset:</strong> A true live entertainment enthusiast who can speak passionately about the experience as both a strategist and a fan<br><strong>AI Curiosity:</strong> You stay ahead of emerging AI trends and understand how to practically apply them to improve content discovery and curation</li><li><strong>Data Confidence:</strong> Comfortable working with data and tools like Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, IF statements).
