Senior Consultant, Business Consulting - Manufacturing

Infosys Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant focused on Manufacturing sector. You will be part of a cross-cultural global team working on a variety of business consulting engagements
You will analyze problems and come up with solutions, often creative and out-of-the-box, apply business consulting frameworks and methodologies to address business problems, collaborate with client stakeholders and be responsible for the delivery of business results to clients.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will support coordination and execution for activities linked with testing, converting and rolling out selling and shipping locations globally.
Responsibilities:
  • Master Data cleansing validation
  • Transactional cleanup with source system and preparation
  • Transactional data conversions to target systems
  • Coordination of configurations and testing prior to technical cutover to the target platform
  • Coordination of Deployment Playbook status updates for multiple workstreams (e.g. user access, communications and change management, training)
  • Coordination with Operations Project Managers on physical site readiness (infrastructure, warehouse configuration, UAT)
  • Coordination of pre-cutover and post-cutover defect and issue disposition to hyper-care teams or product teams
  • Periodic status reporting for all activities above

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
  • At least 5 years of experience combined Manufacturing Industry with experience in Management Consulting Services.
  • Live within 2 hours’ drive time or be willing to relocate to one of the following Infosys hub offices – Toronto, ON and Calgary, AB.

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively analyze data, interview and metrics and communicate results to management
  • Organized and able to work independently
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary

Estimated annual compensation will be $91,160 to $126,888 CAD.
