We are committed to hiring, developing, and retaining a diverse workforce.Job Description Summary:Reporting to the Director, the Sr. Analyst of the Infusion Clinics is responsible for supporting the development, execution and completion of a portfolio of cross-functional projects and responsibilities. This team member will partner with Operations and Executive Leadership teams to facilitate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for nationwide operations. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong data analyst and reporting background, an eye for automation and improvement, exemplary communication skills and will demonstrate persistent intellectual curiosity for business operations.Job Description: Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)Collaborate with Operations leadership to drive cost optimization initiatives and identify productivity opportunities through the enhancement and development of financial planning and analysis processes.Partner with Operations, Commercial, and Executive leadership teams to support all facets of nationwide operations including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Lead the development of business cases with cross-functional local teams for each new opportunity, including supporting financial modeling and executive report-outs.Lead performance tracking and reporting for Ambulatory Infusion Clinics in multiple states.Responsible for weekly/monthly reports that are necessary for business decisions.Develops and presents cost-benefit analyses of proposed programs and makes specific recommendations tied to the business goals of the Company.Works on projects in strategy development, industry trends, competitive analysis, and company positioning.Performs ad hoc analysis and forecasts for internal management team as necessarySupervisory ResponsibilitiesDoes this position have supervisory responsibilities?(i.e. hiring, recommending/approving promotions and pay increases, scheduling, performance reviews, discipline, etc.)No XYes Basic Education and/or Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree and at least 3 years' experience in an analytical role in finance, accounting, or business management.At least 3 years' experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve issues and problems.At least 3 years' experience in applying analytics principles (Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Business Management, Economics or Finance).At least 2 years' experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).Basic Qualifications Possess knowledge of project management techniques and tools and experience working in cross functional, team oriented, and collaborative environment with the ability to prioritize work and successfully meet tight deadlines.Demonstrated strong finance and accounting skills, including an aptitude for financial modeling.Self-starter with strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and decision-making capabilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a high level of personal motivation to achieve.Experience presenting to and interacting with C-level executives of organizations is preferred.Proficient with MS Office Suite including MS Project (Excel, Power point & Word).Travel Requirements: (if required)None.Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)Master's Degree or MBA.Specialty lines of service experience preferred.SQL and Python experience would be a plus, but not required.Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.Pay Range is $59,442.14-$99,070.23Benefits:-401k-Dental Insurance-Disability Insurance-Health Insurance-Life Insurance-Paid Time off-Vision InsuranceOption Care Health subscribes to a policy of equal employment opportunity, making employment available without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, citizenship status according to the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, veteran status, or genetic information.
