Administrative Assistant – EMEA Sales

We’re seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team and provide vital support to the EMEA Sales Vice President and the regional leadership team.

How You Will Make an Impact:


  • Manage complex, fast-paced schedules and priorities for the Vice President and other team members as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including board members, customers, partners, executives, suppliers, and employees.
  • Coordinate and schedule a wide variety of meetings and events—on-site, virtual, and hybrid—across multiple time zones, including event planning, catering, facilities, and transportation arrangements.
  • Oversee all aspects of executive travel, ensuring seamless and efficient arrangements.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as expense reporting, procurement, shipping, and accounts payable.
  • Lead special projects, including preparing presentations, assisting with space planning, and managing distribution lists.
  • Collaborate closely with other executive assistants to maintain alignment and connectivity across teams.
  • Manage classified information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Support the Vice President and regional sales team with ad-hoc duties as required.


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of executive administrative support experience.
  • Proven track record managing travel schedules and calendar management.
  • Experience coordinating corporate events and meetings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms, expense reporting systems, travel management tools, and procurement systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
