Join our dynamic team as a Scheduling Co-Ordinator, where you'll play a vital role in planning and managing engineering schedules across the UK and Ireland. Always ensuring business KPI’s are met, whilst maintaining a high-quality standard of customer service and delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Scheduling of remote based service and repair engineers across the UK and Ireland
  • Efficiently schedule the service engineer’s day to day routes, adhering to the company SLA policy
  • Work towards stipulated KPI targets to achieve maximum productivity
  • Manage telephone and email communication
  • Where required, arrange the engineer’s accommodation
  • Communicate with the internal and external teams to achieve the best possible experience for our customers
  • Follow and adhere to the scheduling procedures & guidelines, as laid out by the Senior Scheduler

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Previous experience in logistics or scheduling
  • Excellent planning and organisational abilities
  • Clear and confident communication style
  • Ability to prioritise under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Team player with a customer-first attitude

Desirable

  • Familiarity with Infor LN or similar scheduling software
