Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the migration of client’s SAP systems from Azure to Google Cloud. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of deep SAP technical expertise, cloud infrastructure fluency, and proven leadership in regulated enterprise environments. This role is crucial to the success of our modernization strategy and ensuring continuity in our healthcare services across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

· Define migration strategy, cloud architecture, and cutover planning in alignment with organization goals.

· Identify and tailor appropriate project frameworks and methodologies to enable a consistent and efficient approach to delivery at all stages of the project lifecycle.

· Manage the end-to-end SAP migration project, including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring and post-migration stabilization.

· Lead cross-functional teams across SAP Basis, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application domains.

· Oversee timelines, budget, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

· Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations including GxP, PDPA, and audit trail requirements.

· Coordinate with internal and external partners including SAP, Google Cloud, and system integrators.

· Report regularly to executive stakeholders, steering committees, and GTS leaders.

· Establish a framework for knowledge transfer, system documentation, and operational readiness post-migration.

Required Experience & Qualifications

· 10+ years of experience leading SAP transformation projects, including at least 3 full-cycle cloud migrations.

· Solid understanding of SAP architecture, data migration and cloud infrastructure migration strategies.

· Deep technical understanding of SAP Business Suite on HANA, ECC, HANA DB, and system architecture.

· Working knowledge of compliance processes and following SAP modules

o SAP Basis and Foundation

o GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)

o Pay to Procure

o Order to Cash

o Back office

o Core warehouse (EWM)

o HR

o BOBJ

o SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and PO (Process Orchestration)

o MDG (Master Data Governance)

· Hands-on experience with SAP on Azure and transitioning to Google Cloud Platform.

· Background in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sectors is strongly preferred.

· Familiarity with regulatory compliance in healthcare IT environments (e.g., GxP, PDPA).

· Certified in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies.

· Google Cloud and/or Microsoft Azure certifications preferred.
