Job Title: Salesforce Support & Admin Consultant
Location: Chicago, IL - Onsite
Long Term Contract

Job Description: Looking for a Salesforce development and support profile with 3+ years of hands on experience in Salesforce Administration, user support and platform optimization. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce functionality, troubleshooting, with the strong ability to collaborate across different teams to ensure the CRM system meets business needs.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Function as Salesforce developer responsible for the support of existing salesforce applications.
  • Daily administration and support of Salesforce CRM system including managing user setup, roles and security, customization of objects, fields, record types, and page layouts.
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards within Salesforce CRM.
  • Provide advanced user support and administration for salesforce.
  • Troubleshoot complex issue and provide solutions.
  • Perform data quality audits and de-duplication.
  • Support integration with other systems.
  • Assist in system upgrades, new features implementations and release management.
  • Create documentation and support materials.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
3+ years of Salesforce experience in support/admin role.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security and configuration.
Strong understanding in Flows, LWC, Validation Rules, Reports, Custom objects.
Experience working with Salesforce APIs and third party integration tools
