This role partners closely with business stakeholders to define product requirements, translate use cases into actionable technical specifications, and ensure that new processes and technologies align with operational goals. The Architect will participate in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs, guide development teams in leveraging Salesforce AI features, and serve as the Agentforce SME and technical liaison across teams.<br><br><strong>The Work:<br><br></strong>This role requires hands‑on client delivery experience and deep implementation expertise with customer‑facing Agentforce applications, particularly those involving complex authentication logic.<br><br>Responsibilities include:<br><br><ul><li>Contribute to development work by migrating existing screen flows into Agentforce Auto-launched flows using Apex class invocation, and ensuring seamless user experiences through the implementation of forms and Lightning components within flows</li><li>Configure and optimize Bring‑Your‑Own‑LLM (BYOLLM) integrations to effectively incorporate Google’s Gemini model, driving intelligent automation and enhanced customer interactions<br><br></li></ul><strong>Here's What You Need:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience in optimizing flow design, agent efficiency, and chat interface aesthetics. </li><li>Deep knowledge in flex credit consumption/metering and ability to apply that knowledge to current development efforts</li><li>8+ years of Salesforce experience</li><li>1+ years of Agentforce delivery experience </li><li>Experience with customer facing use case of Agentforce in production <br><br></li></ul><strong>Bonus Points If:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Advanced Degree</li><li>15+ years of industry experience</li><li>Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas</li><li>Curiosity for learning about new technology, industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders</li><li>Excellent people management and relationship development skills<br><br></li></ul><strong>The Extras:<br><br></strong><ul><li>The ability to obtain and maintain a government background check will be required for this role<br><br></li></ul>As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland</strong>. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
