You'll design and build advanced automations, improve data integrity and business processes, and deliver thoughtful configurations that support both growth initiatives and day-to-day operations. This role is part of a collaborative, cross-functional team that includes developers, product owners, analysts, and architects. You'll contribute to new features, fix defects, and help shape scalable solutions that align with real business needs. You'll be part of a supportive team where everyone brings something to the table—sharing ideas, learning from one another, and building meaningful solutions together.

Duties and Responsibilities:

PLATFORM AUTOMATION & CONFIGURATION

  • Design, build, and troubleshoot advanced Flow automations that improve efficiency, user experience, and scalability.

  • Configure and enhance Salesforce standard features including custom fields, objects, validation rules, record types, and formula fields.

  • Implement scalable platform solutions for new features, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.

  • Maintain and optimize dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making across business units.

  • Support deployment processes including sandbox refreshes, change set management, and release readiness.

  • Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure declarative solutions are integrated with custom code and external systems.

  • Monitor platform health and proactively identify opportunities to improve system stability and performance.

  • Maintain clear documentation of configurations, automations, and system changes to support ongoing governance and training.

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT & BUSINESS ADVOCACY

  • Partner with technical and business stakeholders to deeply understand needs, goals, and desired outcomes—and co-create platform enhancements that deliver meaningful results.

  • Facilitate collaborative sessions, demos, and reviews to ensure solutions align with business priorities.

  • Serve as a trusted platform advisor and advocate, clearly representing the business perspective while promoting usability, maintainability, and long-term value.

  • Help foster a culture of partnership and transparency by encouraging open communication between business and technical teams.

REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS & SOLUTION DESIGN

  • Lead discovery sessions to translate complex business problems into system requirements and solution concepts.

  • Write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria that connect business intent to platform functionality.

  • Recommend declarative solutions that simplify processes and reduce technical debt, prioritizing native Salesforce features.

  • Align with QA and development teams to validate that solutions meet requirements and deliver measurable outcomes.

Skills

  • Salesforce Platform Proficiency: Strong knowledge of standard Salesforce architecture, permissions, automation tools, and configuration options.

  • Advanced Flow Development: Proficiency in building and troubleshooting record-triggered flows, screen flows, and modular subflows.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment with developers, BAs, product owners, and architects.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Business Insight: Understanding of how system changes impact business workflows, KPIs, and user behavior.

  • Adaptability: Capable of contributing independently while also taking direction and feedback to improve team outcomes.

  • Documentation Discipline: Skilled in maintaining clear and accurate documentation of system configurations and business processes.

  • Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with a focus on root cause analysis and scalable solutions.

  • Continuous Learning: Stays current with Salesforce releases and platform enhancements.
