Crystal is the world-leading all-in-one blockchain analytics tool for crypto AML compliance, providing blockchain analytics and crypto transaction monitoring for thousands of cryptos in real-time.

Crystal is a globally operating company with customers in the digital asset industry, the banking, and FI sectors. We help streamline their Know Your Transaction (KYT) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures for meeting international compliance standards.

We are looking for a Sales Executive to help extend our fast-growing business activities in the hugely growing blockchain and cryptocurrency compliance sector.

As a Sales Executive, you will be the spear, driving sales and developing relationships with industry-leading executives and evangelising Crystal's software and services. This position requires determination, focus, tenacity, and resiliency. Your efforts will have a direct impact on our company's growth.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on individual contributor comfortable operating both independently and as a part of a bigger team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Efficiently and effectively utilise a deep understanding of blockchain products and technology to inform and influence our product roadmap, support and execute on product plans.
  • Identify new strategic opportunities for the company via partner input and work collaboratively across all functions to scope and prioritise these efforts.
  • Develop a detailed business account plan (in company CRM solution), including initiatives, client opportunities, any limitations/risks, timelines, potential revenue/sales for the target client opportunities.
  • Track, analyse, influence, and communicate key metrics to build opportunities and experiences that create scale and meaningful ecosystem value.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, customer success, and professional services teams to accomplish deliverables and expand your book of business.
  • Seek customer feedback and convey to the stakeholders and core teams that you collaborate with.
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and provide market/customer feedback to the product team.
  • On an annual basis, prioritise business account as to the prospect of growth, risk limitations, and establish objectives aligned with company strategic plan and growth opportunities.
  • On an annual basis, or based on industry information, develop new target clients.
  • Assess all the threats, risks, or limitations related to Crystal's business or opportunities with respect to each client.
  • Act in a manner consistent with Crystal's core values and according to Crystal's Code of Business Conduct and Ethical Behaviour.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the B2B SaaS sales within the FinTech or Regtech Industry.
  • Experience and knowledge of selling services to the government and/or law enforcement sector.
  • Hands-on experience with Hubspot/Salesforce (or similar) CRM Software.
  • Self-starter that can be hands-on and work independently as well as exhibit strong leadership skills to be a member of a greater team.
  • Must have strong planning, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a demonstrated record of successfully closing deals.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Multicultural approach, comfortable working with diverse cultures and mindsets.
  • Appreciation to work in a global organisation with teammates in different time zones/regions.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) with strong interpersonal skills and a strong customer service focus.
  • Fluency in English, French and Spanish, other languages are a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
