We are currently looking for a passionate Sales Executive - 15 Basil Street and Royal Lancaster London, to join our Sales & Marketing on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Sales Executive - 15 Basil Street and Royal Lancaster London, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

Account manage allocated portfolio of accounts, undertaking complete account management responsibilities for maintaining, servicing and developing the account, growing revenue and tracking production - from allocated specific locations and/or industries. This includes re contracting all global and local corporate rate agreements prior to the expiration date and have rates loaded onto the hotels PMS and were applicable the GDS

Building and developing a constant pipeline of new business, converting and contracting potential clients from allocated specific locations and/or industries, increasing the volume of transient business levels from the UK and overseas clients

Undertake sales trips, trade shows, travel fairs, events and conference to pre-agreed territories both in UK and overseas. In the UK, this will involve driving a hire car

To pro-actively work with the hotels appointed representation companies in order to generate lead opportunities and sales

To maximize usage of daily arrivals reports, Hotelligence reports and local area research to generate sales activities and new business opportunities

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
