Apply via Dice today!<br><br>Job Title: Sales Director (Logistics & Manufacturing)<br><br>Role Overview<br><br>As the Sales Director for Logistics & Manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth within the Manufacturing and Logistics verticals. You will lead the charge in positioning our integrated suite of ERP Software, Robotics/Automation solutions, and Managed IT Services as the backbone of modern industrial operations. The ideal candidate understands that these three pillars are not separate products, but a unified ecosystem that solves the most pressing challenges in the supply chain today: labor shortages, data silos, and operational inefficiency.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Develop and execute a multi-year sales strategy to penetrate Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts in the manufacturing and 3PL sectors.</li><li>Master the "consultative sell," helping C-suite executives understand how ERP data flows into robotic automation and how IT infrastructure secures it all.</li><li>Manage the full sales lifecycle from high-level networking and lead generation to complex contract negotiations and closing.</li><li>Partner with the Engineering (Robotics) and Implementation (IT/ERP) teams to ensure promised solutions are technically viable and profitable.</li><li>Represent the company at major industry events and maintain relationships with key consultants and integrators.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><>Required Skills</><br><br><ul><li>8+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior-level role specifically within Manufacturing or Logistics technology.</li><li>Deep understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and the ROI calculations behind Industrial Robotics.</li><li>Ability to "talk shop" with CTOs and Plant Managers.</li><li>Proven track record of hitting and exceeding seven-figure annual quotas.<br><br></li></ul><>Preferred Skills</><br><br><ul><li>Experience with Go-To-Market Strategy.</li><li>Familiarity with Business Cases development.</li><li>Experience in Solution Selling.</li><li>Knowledge of Sales Strategy.<br><br></li></ul>Why Join Us?<br><br><ul><li>You will be at the forefront of selling the future of how things are made and moved.</li><li>You will have the autonomy to shape our go-to-market strategy.</li></ul>
