About the position The Sales Development Strategist will join the Sales Education Team at Gore Medical, focusing on enhancing sales training programs related to imaging modalities and Vascular products. This role emphasizes teamwork, results-driven outcomes, and impactful contributions to customers, the business, and patients. The position allows for a hybrid work arrangement based on responsibilities and business needs, primarily located in Phoenix, Tempe, or Flagstaff, Arizona. Responsibilities • Develop, execute, and lead sales training programs for the US Vascular sales team. • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement the sales education strategy and ensure alignment with stakeholders. • Lead and facilitate imaging training programs for Vascular Field Sales Associates. • Collect feedback from stakeholders to analyze needs and gaps, providing recommendations for improvement. • Serve as a strategic partner for Sales Associates to enhance customer experience and business strategies. • Support content development and collaborate on educational strategy alignment. Requirements • Minimum 6 years of clinical experience including support of live cases and clinical education. • Broad knowledge of Vascular devices, procedures, and imaging modalities used in the endovascular space. • Advanced certifications in imaging modalities (CT, IVUS, angiography). • Strong collaboration skills within a matrix organization. • Effective presentation and communication skills for complex topics. • Aptitude in influence management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving. • Ability to establish strong relationships across all organizational levels. • Excellent organization, execution, and communication skills. • Experience leading projects and cross-functional teams. • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
